Modern Slavery & Human Rights.

ERAM Real Estate is committed to the prevention of modern slavery, forced labour, human trafficking and child labour in our own operations and across our supply chain.

Effective date: 1 May 2026

1. Our commitment

We have zero tolerance for modern slavery in any form, including forced or compulsory labour, debt bondage, human trafficking and child labour. This commitment applies to ERAM Real Estate Sh.P.K. and to every contractor, subcontractor and supplier engaged on our projects.

2. Our operations

All ERAM Real Estate employees are engaged under written contracts compliant with Kosovo labour law. Wages, working hours, leave entitlements and occupational-safety obligations are observed. Recruitment is conducted directly or through reputable agencies; no recruitment fees are charged to workers.

3. Our supply chain

As an emerging real-estate developer, our supply chain comprises mainly architectural, engineering and construction firms in Kosovo, the wider Balkans and the EU. Our contracts will require contractors and suppliers to:

  • Comply with applicable labour and human-rights laws.
  • Not engage in or tolerate any form of modern slavery, forced or child labour.
  • Allow ERAM or its representatives to verify compliance through site visits and documentary review.
  • Pass equivalent obligations to their own subcontractors.

4. Due diligence and monitoring

During contractor selection we assess track record, labour practices and references. During construction, site supervision includes spot checks of contracts, work permits and accommodation conditions where relevant.

5. Reporting concerns

Any concern regarding modern slavery, forced labour or human-rights abuse may be reported confidentially through our Whistleblowing channel. Reports may be made anonymously and retaliation is strictly prohibited.

6. Review

This statement is reviewed annually and updated to reflect the evolution of our operations and standards. The Board of ERAM Real Estate Sh.P.K. is accountable for compliance with this Policy.
