Whistleblowing Policy.

ERAM Real Estate operates a confidential channel for any person — staff, contractor, investor or third party — to report suspected wrongdoing, in line with the Kosovo Law on Protection of Whistleblowers and EU Directive 2019/1937 principles.

Effective date: 1 May 2026

1. Scope

You may use this channel to report, in good faith, any of the following relating to ERAM Real Estate Sh.P.K., its officers, employees, contractors or suppliers:

  • Fraud, corruption, bribery or theft.
  • Money laundering or terrorist financing concerns.
  • Conflicts of interest not properly disclosed.
  • Material breach of law or regulation.
  • Serious health-and-safety violations on site.
  • Harassment, discrimination or abuse.
  • Retaliation against any person for a good-faith report.

2. How to report

By email: [email protected] with the subject line Whistleblowing — Confidential.

By post (sealed envelope marked "Confidential — Whistleblowing"): ERAM Real Estate Sh.P.K., Rruga Agim Ramadani, Nr. 2, 10000 Prishtina, Kosovo.

Reports may be made anonymously. We strongly encourage providing your contact details so we can clarify facts and report back, but anonymous reports are accepted and investigated.

3. Confidentiality and non-retaliation

Your identity will be kept confidential within the limits of the law. Retaliation in any form against a person who has made a good-faith report is strictly prohibited and will itself be treated as misconduct.

4. Handling of reports

Reports are received by the designated whistleblowing officer. Acknowledgement within seven days, initial assessment within thirty days, and feedback on outcome where appropriate within three months — subject to investigation requirements.

5. Data protection

Personal data submitted via this channel is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
