1. Our commitment
ERAM Real Estate Sh.P.K. is committed to making its website, www.eramrealestate.com, and the ERAM Investors Portal, accessible to as wide an audience as reasonably possible — including people with disabilities.
2. Conformance target
Our target is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, as published by the World Wide Web Consortium. We design, develop and test against this benchmark.
3. Measures in place
- Semantic HTML structure with clear heading hierarchy;
- Sufficient colour contrast between text and background;
- Keyboard navigability of all interactive elements;
- Alternative text on informative images;
- Resizable text without loss of content or function;
- Consistent navigation and predictable behaviour;
- Multilingual support — English, Albanian and German — with language attributes correctly declared;
- Form field labels and clear error messages on the contact, request-access, buy-or-lease and newsletter forms.
4. Known limitations
The website is under active development. Some embedded media and third-party content may not yet meet the same accessibility standard as the rest of the site. The trilingual coverage on long-form legal pages is currently English-only with translation pending professional legal review. We are working to resolve these limitations.
