ERAM Real Estate is led by a small executive team operating within the broader Kelmendi Holdings leadership network across engineering, construction, energy, finance, manufacturing, agriculture, distribution, logistics and ICT. The functional structure below reflects how the platform is organised. Named appointments are published as each role is confirmed; we do not publish placeholder profiles in advance.
Overall responsibility for the ERAM Real Estate platform, project origination, capital raising and stakeholder relationships across the pipeline.
Group-level finance for the Holding and project SPVs: financial planning, capital allocation, tax, risk management and audit interface.
End-to-end project execution: feasibility, design coordination, permits, construction oversight and handover.
Investors Portal operations, KYC and AML interface, investor reporting cycle, and the Investor Representative relationship.
Money Laundering Reporting Officer; oversight of AML/CFT, sanctions, KYC, conflicts of interest, and the whistleblowing channel.
Unit sales and leasing across the pipeline, broker relationships, and the buyer-side experience from reservation to handover.
ERAM Real Estate is headquartered in central Pristina, in the Kelmendi Holdings group offices. As the platform extends across the Western Balkans, the European Union, Switzerland, the Nordics and the United Kingdom in line with the Operating Model roadmap, satellite offices will be added — initially in Tirana, Skopje and Podgorica, then further afield.
