Our story
ERAM Real Estate Sh.P.K. was incorporated in Pristina on 13 June 2023 as the dedicated real-estate development platform of Kelmendi Holdings. Kelmendi Holdings is a Kosovar holding company with independent operating subsidiaries spanning engineering, construction, energy, finance, manufacturing, real estate, agriculture, distribution, logistics and ICT — including ERAM Real Estate's sister company ERAM Group Sh.P.K., which operates a separate business under common ultimate ownership.
The company was created with a clear remit: to deliver institutional-grade buildings in Kosovo under a single, dedicated platform — and to open selected developments to qualified co-investors through a regulated, EU-aligned framework.
Our first projects are now in concept and planning, and the Investors Portal will open for KYC-verified subscriptions as each project reaches the appropriate stage.

Kelmendi Holdings
ERAM Real Estate Sh.P.K. is a member of Kelmendi Holdings, a Kosovar holding company under whose ownership a number of independent operating companies are active across the real economy. The Group's scale, balance sheet and operational network provide the foundation on which ERAM Real Estate is built — from sourcing land and contractors to financial structuring and back-office support — while ERAM Real Estate's own operations, governance and financial reporting are conducted on a standalone basis through its own corporate organs.
Group structure
Kelmendi Holdings is the ultimate parent. ERAM Real Estate Sh.P.K. operates independently from its sister company ERAM Group Sh.P.K. The two ERAM-branded companies have separate management, separate financial statements, and serve different markets; commercial dealings between the sister companies, where they occur, are conducted at arm's length and subject to ERAM Real Estate's conflict-of-interest policy.
